Four stall barn with hay storage,
Stalls have runs attached,
3 drylots,
Approx 10 acres of grass
70x150 outdoor arena with good all weather footing
Tumalo area with access to trail riding and close to Tumalo Reservoir
Possible access to neighbor's indoor arena.

Rent negotiable, but must be a responsible and tidy horsekeeper, and look after my 3 barn cats.
